Production times

Non-customized products

Non-customized products are generally manufactured and packaged for shipment within 24 to 48 working hours of receipt of payment. Payment by credit card or Paypal is received immediately.

Customized products

Customized products require longer processing times than non-customized products.

The usual processing time is 2 to 4 working days from receipt of payment. Please note that in the case of an incomplete order (missing personalization, missing information) preparation will only begin on receipt of the missing elements.

We advise you to order well in advance if you need an item for a specific date. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. For example, an order placed on Friday for an event on Saturday cannot be delivered on time.

Shipping

On receipt of payment, your order will be placed in “Payment accepted” status.

Unless otherwise indicated, shipment takes place between 24 and 48 hours maximum after order preparation for metropolitan France. This is not the preparation time, but the shipping time. Please refer to the indicative delivery times mentioned above.

If your order contains both products in stock and others in the process of being restocked or customized, your order will be dispatched at once, when all the items in your order are available/ready.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.

We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
