How long does it take to manufacture and deliver personalized stamps?

The manufacturing time for a personalized stamp is 1 to 3 working days between validation of the artwork and dispatch of the order.
Then there are the delivery times, which vary according to the carrier selected, and are generally between 1 and 3 working days for metropolitan France (3 to 10 days for Europe and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world).

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver almost worldwide...
Please contact us if your country is not listed.
For deliveries outside Europe, customs fees may apply and are payable by the customer.

What are the shipping costs?

We apply a variable rate depending on the type of product, the total weight of the package and the destination country.
The easiest way to find out is to add products to your basket.

How can I track the progress and delivery of my order?

Information about your order (preparation and tracking) is available at all times via your customer area on the site.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay online by credit card. We accept: CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, prepaid cards (CB, Mastercard, Visa).
You can also pay via PayPal.

I'd like to create a stamp from a personal file. Is this possible?

Yes, we can make customized stamps from your file.
However, your file must comply with a few rules:

The file must be supplied in vector format (.ai .eps .pdf files).
The motif must be black on a white background (no grayscale).
Text must be vectorized.
Please contact us by e-mail to find out if your file format is compatible.
We do not produce licensed products (Disney, Video Games, Series... ), unless you have express authorization from the brand.

What stamp sizes and formats are available?
We offer different sizes of stamps with wooden handles:

Round Support
Square Support
Rectangular holder
Mini stamps for simple designs (without writing).
Rectangular, round or square automatic inkers.
Each shape is available in several sizes, depending on the model.
They are all specified on the product description sheet.
The size indicated corresponds to the wooden frame; the motif may be smaller (1 to 2mm) depending on the model.
Other sizes can be custom-made, please contact us.
